The experience was pretty good because we managed to visit amazing places reachable only by boat. The charter company was essentially ok but I didn't like one episode when I dealt with the responsible (I believe it was Mr Panos). I called him a day before the appointment and told him about the booking. He replied he knew about my booking which was scheduled for three days. At the moment I said it's not three but two days (I really didn't remember I booked for three days). He didn't say anything and I closed the conversation by saying "see you tomorrow". Then I had a look at the emails and other paperwork and saw that the booking was for three days. The next day I met Mr Panos at the office and told him about the conversation a day before. He remembered and said: Yes, I know you have booked a boat for two days. I replied: No, there are three days. He continued: But you told me yesterday there are two days. I replied: It doesn't matter what I said yesterday, you can check that my booking is for three days. I couldn't see a smile on his face; he asked me for the ID, the sailing licence and the booking confirmation. I gave all these documents to him and he filled his paperwork. Then I realised he gave me another boat (not the one I had in my booking). When I asked him, he said it's the same boat. I replied: it's not the same; I want the one assigned to me (and I showed the email again where the boat had a name on it: VRISIDA) because it is available in the harbour and I like it. Then he changed the paperwork and gave me the boat that was in my booking. Except for this episode which looked to me that Mr Panos wanted to be smarter than he was, the rest was ok. The staff of the charter company was very friendly and helpful.
